Many of our patients need ongoing care from community nurses for their surgical or vascular wounds. We are very grateful for our ongoing collaboration with the community nurses.

If a wound is not progressing as expected, and especially if it is deteriorating, we want to know about this promptly.

Community nurses should choose from the following means to get in touch:

• contact Dr Kwok through the NSW Health internal email system;
• telephone our office (02 5956 3300); or
• telephone the on-call vascular surgery registrar through hospital switchboard (available 24 hours).

We ask that photographs and wound updates not be sent to our practice email accounts.
